I am sorry, I was away for a long time. There were some great learnings on the field which I will share in a video some day later.
Then we had our Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat Program where Jharkhand was tagged to Goa and what we realised post the trip was there is an amazing Goan culture which mostly people going there miss due to fixation with Goan Beaches.
Then came the Corona covid 19 issue which we all have been fighting brilliantly till date and setting a really great example. We need to keep this fight up.
I have prepared some notes for pre for 2020 which I will upload now . I will also complete pre 2019 video in coming 10 days :)
I don't think I can add much more to it in this digital age. I would request just 3-4 things looking the things from all angles which I learnt
Please don't rush for masks. Social distancing is the key. 1 m radius is the key
Even if wearing mask, we need to regularly change it post 6 hours , some of us are wearing same masks for multiple days which may not be right
This is not the time to celebrate birthday parties. This is extremely critical time and if this will pass too if we keep the same energy to help us and help others active every day.
Be thankful to everyone like the doctors, nurses , basic service providers, Bankers , Police, Administration and many more who are working for you
It is time to look internally and introspect

S- seedha
U- ulta
M- moothi
A- Angutha
N- Nakhun
K- Kalai
Wash for minimum 30-40 seconds. Don't again rush for sanitizer
Go digital. Don't go for currency notes while transacting . You never know.
Self imposed quarantine is a good way to stay healthy.
Co-morbidity is high, so if you keep yourself healthy ,people even having it have recovered back and we all can recover back
Don't panic and spread fear. Be vigilant and don't spread rumours or false message :)
Utilise this period to improve the knowledge base.
In our group also many outsiders had entered without proper checkup and were about to spread spamming virus. I just followed the technique of social distancing and sent them in isolation and made our group sanitized again. If you find someone again doing the same, just report to me :)

Finally after a long time I could make a video. I look back and feel it was much easier to make videos earlier. I felt a bit nervous. May be my facts were missing, may be it was a long gap nevertheless it was amazing to connect back :)
