आज प्रभात खबर के झारखंड संस्करण में "माय माटी" में covid जागरूकता हेतु प्रकाशित कथा! अक्सर हमारे अभिभावक हमारे पढ़ाई लिखाई के लिए इतना त्याग और कड़ी मेहनत करते जिसमें शायद उनके हॉबीज , उनकी अपनी जिंदगी के लिए भी उन्हें कभी उतना free time नहीं मिल पाता है । शायद हममें से कई लोग ये त्याग अभिभावक बनने बाद बेहतर समझें । यहां की भाषा अर्ध मगही जैसी है। और पिताजी ने अपने कार्यों से जो यहां के लोगों के मानस पटल में छाप छोड़ी है,वो अमिट है।और लोगों का उनके प्रति प्रेम वाकई हमें हर दिन और बेहतर करने की प्रेरणा देता है 🙏

मेरे लिए मेरे पापा हमेशा एक रोल मॉडल रहे हैं और हमेशा प्रेरणा के स्रोत भी

the purpose of this is post is very simple - ever since i watched Baghbaan in my childhood, it left a huge mark on my cognitive thought process. Baaghbaan and Swadesh released I guess in about 2002-03 and had huge impact on how I wanted to grow.

Many a times we are so so occupied with ourselves , that we least care about many near and dear ones and sometimes may be even our parents.

I had read the wooden chair in my childhood which had also similar impact on me

I am sharing it as a proud kid who is today all because of his parents !

I am sharing it as in the world of social media, we need to appreciate those who just spent their entire youth on us

I am sharing this so as when I become a parent some day, my child would know that her/his father/mother always cared for their parents

After all is what we do today, will become a history tomorrow and it must be written with love, gratitude and affection :)

कल पर्यावरण दिवस है, कल आइए एक उम्मीद से एक उम्मीद का नन्हा पौधा लगाएं और पर्यावरण और आने वाले कल के प्रति अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करें ।

Some things which I have learnt from my 4 years of stint in DB and my internship during HUL

Offices are not created by buildings they are created by people. You must invest on your HR (Human Resource)

I have been fortunate to read psychology as well as apply it for increasing motivation and output of all office staffs !

There is no ideal office staff as there is no ideal boss ! We must treat everyone with love, care and affection to make sure the office environment remains healthy and fruitful for getting the extra delta work from them.

These things like Employee of the month, Star performer of the week , outings with office staffs, team lunches, birthday cake cutting of theirs are very small yet one of the most powerful interventions which have immense potential to be a game changer.

People are often heard saying- these don't work in govt set-ups, but then the next question is never asked- who tried them sustainably ? has someone conducted the experiment ? is there a data backing it ? do people who work in govt are devoid of these motivating factors !

One thing I have discovered is to do something , you don't need to hear opinions, you need to execute solid plans and to not do something, you will always find excuses !

We have tried to change the ecosystem of our office and it is helping us. May be after some years, I may be able to pen down my experience in a better way but one thing is for sure

"Every human being is different and special, it is just that we need to treat them with love , care and affection, make them empowered to use their power for empowering the needy ones"

And to my online family, this perhaps was one of the most important reason of how I have always remained target oriented and focussed in my life!

I have had a very sound and simple relationship which led me to avoid all kinds of distraction in my life. I always had/have a very high motivation to do well in my life because of her.

All these achievements have been very small in comparison to having her with me throughout these last 20 years, mainly long distance.

So achievements are only special when you have true and real people who are there to celebrate these with you!

Hopefully the synergy will continue and I will be able to contribute to the society and to my online family in similar manner as I had been doing in the past 😍
