I will share few good things with you before starting mains from Diwali
Hi All
These are my few cents of learnings from my Zindagi Ke Panne, thought of sharing with you all on the auspicious occasion of the festivals
*The entire work life can be divided into three core segments*
1) WR- work related, core work
2) HR - Staffs matter
3) PR about the work, news works
They have a triangular relationship
Many of us fail in one of these parameters for example some become more focussed only on work or some only on fake PR and some only PR and work.
HR is one of the most important component which a lot of people misses
This is your biggest power. How you handle your subordinates!
In one of the meetings I attended as a probationer , while on some election work in Ranchi I found very silly of a person scolding the other person and saying loudly
"You should know, who is the boss here"
I felt more stupid to hear that " Tum bhul gaye kya mai ek officer hu"
Why are we trying to force this on our subordinates! Don't they already know the balance of power and your position! Saying out explicitly means one is either insecured or unable to get the work done by the subordinates in a smooth manner. Then my realisation turned to reality!

This is when I thought a lot about it and have been trying to create a conscious balance amongst all these parameters
1) putting toffees every single day for all visitors as in our Indian culture everyone who comes to your home/ office is like God and they should never return empty handed!
2) CELEBRATING Birthdays of Office Staffs in Birthdays of Month day!
Staffs feel a sense of more attached to you and open up a bit which is important as one is to make sure they perform to their efficient levels
3) Employees of the Month : This one has been a real game changer and has seen positive competition
4) Celebrating festivals with office staff and their entire families : While we work for late nights & many a times all that matters to us is work, there is someone who has patiently waited for them during tough times at homes! Family member get together must be promoted in all offices and interesting games can be used to make it more fun filled
5) Picnic Outings of Staffs and improving the office space to make sure they look the best for all the staffs! After all one third of life we spend in offices
6) Workshops to improve their overall level like IT / Computer Training, RTI workshops, Criminal cases disposal workshops, 144,145 etc.
7) Shramdaan and improving the outer periphery of the office by the staffs together with offices. this is often followed by team lunch like da chaawal chokha papad
8) Teaching kids and meeting people - Our concept of Aap aur hum is based on these parameters
9) Collective efforts like Diwali saaf safai, diya purchase etc
10) Teaching - Always invest on youth if you want the place to grow

One of my friends from DB cleared, she was in my team only there and she worked really hard, and in her first interview got 13th rank ๐ It shows hard work always pays!
I could guide only 5 persons, 4 of whom cleared thankfully, 3 IAS, 1 IPS, 1 sadly could not make it to final list, this year I will try guiding 15-20 people definitely
And yes I have been also humbled ๐๐๐ the cut off this year were not as accurate as we generally are
We Over-predicted GEN AND OBC cut off though EWS, SC and ST was accurate again
We all learn from our mistakes, we will make our algos more iterative and yes I am very thankful to all of you for all the love and affection โค๏ธ
So many of you have requested for the video, I could not make, I have solved the problems, some Qs tricks won't work, some will work beautifully, I will show you ๐

The last bit is I am not any coaching nor want to be like them๐ my role is different, I just guide what I know, I may be wrong and there is no shame in that, I don't have to boast of results or cut offs, I am human I make mistakes and rectify it through hardwork ๐ I just love to teach and share things I know, I am blessed to have an online family as well who are very sweet and caring ๐๐
And I genuinely have lot of love and respect for you all, these results would have brought happiness to many and would have had made lives challenging for some!
It is just life! We have to live through these emotions

Lastly if anyone wants to share their results, I would be very happy ๐ it makes all the efforts worth it, haar jeet to alag hai, haar kabhi permanent nahi hoti ๐
I guess the rank 4 has been stereotyped as a girl... Classic case of name being stereotyped!
Also Rank 18 is from Hindi Medium which is very heartening ๐

Now RBI draws power from RBI Act, why should then Constitution have provisions
Trick is : Now a days UPSC is playing very smart. They will write a factually correct statement but play with a seemingly harmless word! Like here provisions RBI Act me hone chahiye they, constitution me nahi!
Isme karna kaise hai exam me:
Agar RBI ka act likha hai statement 3 me to chamkaana hoga dimaag ko ki RBI ke provisions ki hi baat sab jagah chalni chahiye
B is wrong
Answer is C then
