Almost २ years of service and I can tell you that it has been very fulfilling experience
You don't get those kind of facilities now a days which colonial hangover people imagine but what you do get is a lot of freedom to showcase your leadership at this Age!
Three factors have really help anyone
१) Good connect with masses
This can happen through ३ ways
A) Genuine Care
B) Empathy towards people
C) How you welcome them
Many hotels we go we feel good! Why people welcome you, they are there for room service
Visavis many govt owned places where you are struggling that tap water is not working, power is not working, no one welcomes you at reception in circuit house
This is What we tried to change
In our district all of you are welcome to see under the guidance of DC sir we have tried to become efficient
People confuse efficiency with private culture!

Many govt servants are taking lot of pain to make the offices more people friendly and efficient

और ऐसा नही किसी को मिलने से बुरा लगता

And then we laughed and thought
All which is needed to be done to address २०% of people's problems is to make them smile and feel good about themselves
One २१ year girl asked : sir is it your birthday why sweet🍬 or चॉकलेट was given to me
I said : ये कम है क्या आप इतना मेहनत और हिम्मत और उम्मीद से यहाँ आये, बचपन में मुझे सरकारी कार्यालय जाने का सोच से ही थोड़ा संकोच होता था, तो उस जज्बे के लिए ये

I request people to send me at one place all the Q papers of UPSC from 2017 to 2022 and official answer keys.. I will make the video of which rules have survived and will work this time as well
