कल झारखंड बोर्ड का परिणाम है, हमलोगों को अपने भी दिन याद आये और सभी exams से पहले के। जिला प्रशासन की एक छोटी सी कोशिश सरकारी/ private स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले हमारे प्यारे बच्चों के लिए🙏
*सभी शिक्षकों , अभिभावकों एवम् प्यारे बच्चों को जिला प्रशासन कोडरमा का सादर नमस्कार*
प्रिय बच्चों,
कल सारे परिणाम आ जायेंगे आपके बोर्ड exam के l कुछ के बहुत अच्छे गए हों परीक्षा, कुछ के शायद उतने अच्छे नहीं। कुछ को कल का बेसब्री से इंतज़ार होगा कुछ को शायद नहीं। *पर जैसे जीवन का एक चक्र होता है ठीक उसी प्रकार परीक्षा का भी एक चक्र होता है। परिणाम आना एक सत्य है। हम सभी इस मोड़ से गुजरे हैं।* और अगर मैं कहूँ की मुझे डर नहीं लगा परिणाम से पहले तो अतिशयोक्ति होगी।
*पर कल कुछ चीजें नहीं बदलेंगी।* चाहे परिणाम कैसा भी हो- आपके माँ बाप की ममता आपके लिए, आपके शिक्षकों का आशीर्वाद आपके लिए, आपके दोस्तों की यारियां और आपके लिए हम सबका स्नेह और प्यार।
*बच्चों covid से निकलने के बाद का यह एक साल बड़ा कठिन था।* तुरंत exams भी हो गए। On-line offline mode से भी थोड़ी दिक्कत हुई। पर आप लोगों ने गज़ब का उत्साह दिखाया।
आप लोग उसी जुनून के साथ विद्यालय आये, project RAIL के सारे टेस्ट दिये, pre board दिया, साइंस exhibition से लेकर दीपावली सब साथ मनाई। और आपके मुस्कुराहट से स्कूल की रौनक वापस आ गयी।
*अब कल के लिए आप सभी हमारे लिए टॉपर्स हैं।* आपके मेहनत, तपस्या और हिम्मत को हमारा सलाम है। *आपने ईमानदारी से जो प्रयास किया वो बेहद जरूरी था।*
बस आगे भी इस प्रयास को करते रहना है। अच्छे से भविष्य के सारे आयामों को आराम से सोचके अपने interest area में पढाई करनी है मन लगाकर।
बाकी हमे पूरा भरोषा है कि कल हमारे बच्चे अपने अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों एवम् हम सभी लोगों का तथा अपने जिले का नाम रौशन कर नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित करेंगे।
*अंत में उन्हे नहीं भूलना है जहाँ से आपने शुरुआत की - आपके घर और विद्यालय को। अपने माँ- पिताजी एवम् शिक्षकों को। उनको कोटि कोटि बधाई जिन्होंने नि:स्वार्थ भाव से प्रेम के साथ आपके बचपन को सींचा है। उनकी ही आप परछाई हो।*
और जिंदगी के पन्नो में ये जरूर याद रखियेगा
*हारता कोई नहीं*, कुछ जल्दी मंजिल पर पहुँचते और कुछ को समय लगता थोड़ा । सभी जिंदगी से सीखते ही हैं पर। इसलिए अपने learning curve को intact रखिये हमेशा

The reason of sharing
३ months before the exam no one knew what will happen. We started it and continued with full dedication
Consistency: Week after week week after week
Hard work : Setting of all the Q papers, getting OMR sheets printed, taking exams in pre board in all govt schools
And we did not complain that it is too big to handle!
This is the approach one needs in life. Keep writing essays. No one will know your hardwork till you show it in results. Consistently do it. Now a lot of things being streamlined I will look to guide you positively with this week with new batches. Some of you wants to put the hardwork. Just get rid of inertia.
I know many of us are like this
I don't like books
I hate them
But books should like you 😁
All the best for this journey of rigour and hardwork
Fake it till you make it is wrong and absolutely stupid concept

The pre results came.. सबने अच्छा करना चाहा, कुछ का हुआ कुछ मायूस भी हुए। दोनों बिल्कुल natural है। अब मै practical बातें कहूंगा।
No exam can make everyone happy. People who clear hurdles also have different level of relative deprivation while those who don't clear it feel absolutely deprived.
Feelings are natural. However how we handle them can be learnt and should be learnt
One should recover from difficulties and put their best foot for work. If the best they have given still was not sufficient, hang up your boots and start looking for alternatives. I advice against giving 5-6 attempts without job for the simple reason- the incremental learning curve saturates out. You can even manage that with job.
Rest how to find a job again is a tough task which needs to be thought off well.
Excelling in life requires emotional detachment from things and taking rational decisions at the right time!
People must do analysis of their SWOT and Johari Window
Baaki I sincerely hope that no one should stop you from topping! Sab achha karein
And naam raushan karein!
And wo kehte hain naa :
"मैं समंदर हूँ, लहरे पीछे होने पर आशियाना मत बना लेना, लौटकर आऊंगा पूरे वेग के साथ"
