Why they are important:

Exam me mind blank ho jata hai log kehte ki kuch yaad nahi aaya

Suboptimal answer likh ke aa gaye

Bahut dimensions छुट गया answer में

उसमे ये काम आता है सही से लिखने में

Any Govt Scheme Q asked like MGNREGA, Poverty, Agriculture, FRA, any new scheme of govt can be handled with this framework

*BIG CASTE FLOWS*

Intro:

B : baseline assesment ( scheme shuru kyun hua, what was the need of the scheme) - what were the issues on ground jisko ye solve karta

Isme aap do me aur tod skte

१) Place wise - India ke alag alag jagah ke baseline
२) People wise - General belt vs Tribal Belt

2) I : Impact Assesment and Inclusion Exclusion Error in the baseline assement

Scheme ka aaj tak ka kya Impact raha and kya baseline lene me Inclusion exclusion error hua hai (p1-p2 error)

G : Govt Intervention and Gap Analysis

Jab scheme aayi uske baad kya govt ne subsidiary kuch aur scheme chalaiye and kya gap analysis hua

*Body*

C : Cost vs Benefit + Coordination of departments: Aaj tak how many people benefited and how much has been the cost of the scheme / project, isse pata chalega ki kya wakai achha raha, aagey kitna paisa lagega and benefit expected kya hai

Kya dept hain jinka coordination chahiye isko success hone ke liye

A : Administrative support and Availability / Asset creation : What support are needed to make it successful administrative wise and logon tak kaise available hongi cheejein, Asset creation hogi kuch ya nahi

S : Stakeholders : kaun stakeholders honge, example NGOs, Administration, Police, Local People, Agency, PMO monitored ya CMO monitered, department, SIA karne wale, Gram Sabha, Zila Parishad etc

T : Technology : What Technology will be needed - Drone, DBT, JAM, Green Roads, In house conventional technologies, processing jaise agri based me

E: Environmental and Economical aspects : Us scheme se job create hoga, employment aayega, economic hazard to nahi hoga, eco friendly hai

Conclusion me :

F: Futuristic vision of Scheme, isme kya sudhar ki jarurat hai aur reforms

L: Legal framework kuch batana like constitution me kya hai, DPSP, Preamble me

O: Organization like UNICEF/ WHO / Kailash Satyarthi Foundation / Pradaan etc how they can help, best practices

W: Write some Quotes badhiya sa

S: SDG goals ka jikr and Sustainable development and suitable examples kahin hua hai to uske jaisa karna hoga

Answer ban jayega

India's foreign policy

*FOREST*

F: First Nation
O : Organisations ( India is now slowly becoming HQ to many new alliances like ISA, Raisana dialogs, many conventions of South Asian countries are conducted here) and Operations ( Rescue missions)
R: Regional Alliances and Trades as per nation's goal example BRICS/ SCO etc
E: Environmental commitments like carbon credit but CBDR, Energy sector (clean and green), Embassy serving people outside with utmost commitment

S: Soft loans and soft power (yoga, Rescuing others as well, exchange policy of students, ISROs soft powers)

T: anti Terrorism and Trade relations + Technology transfer

Overall

1) vasudaev kutumbakam
2) no monopoly and no singular world ( multipolar world)
3) dialogues and meetings than war as solution
4) Aatmnirbhar is now one of the pivots
5) soft power than hard power
6) India First and rescuing and helping Indians abroad

Cautiously trading the troubled waters in troubled times, India's foreign policy has emerged as one of the best to replicate even for big developed nations
*British India Rule Framework*

Negative Aspects

DEATH

D- Divide and Rule policy, Draconian measures to curb uprisings

E: Economic Exploitation and Engulfing the traditional practices of education, farming, culture, creating a psychological shame in minds of locals here about their customs and practices and their history

A: Anglo educational over oriental methods, India losing confidence on its own glorious past ( not direct Apartheid but similar situation)

T: Two Nation TTheory, Tribals were also handled improperly ( so many tribal uprisings), Trades where local export competitive advantage of India nullified, Throwing off established kingdoms under trade disguise and Subsidiary Alliance

H : Hegemony of Queen( no Indians promoted beyond a certain level in administrative, military and govt positions)
Some positives of British Rule

*SITE*

S : Social Evils and some old wrong practices removed
I: Infrastructure improvements though for their own benefit

T : Technology transfer and new technology brought

E : Exposure to new methods and English education
These are some frameworks to enable you think in exam when nothing clicks, when you are in danger of writing sub optimal answer, to help you not going blank.

They are not comprehensive and one may differ with some of them. However these are tried and tested to work in exam like conditions if followed properly
