Last two months were bit difficult, with marriages, transfer, losing some near and dear ones and welcoming new members in our family happened.

Got promoted to one of the best things in this world by becoming father 😊❤️ by welcoming Goddess Laxmi to our home who keeps us super busy in her own world.

Transferred to the Electricity Dept where we are working on making a robust mechanism for revenue collection and providing electricity under guidance of secretary sir which also is taking a lot of time

Now everything seems to settle down slowly

I have created a whatsApp group and all those who want to take interview guidance are most welcome to join it

Please note there is nothing to be disappointed in not clearing it.

I have seen and got mails where people have cleared it in 6th/8th attempt for the first time and would be appearing for interviews

Last but not the least things can always be looked from multiple dimesions!

Example becoming father or parent is not that easy as the baby has their own set of needs however at the same time it is the most beautiful feeling one can have in this world if one enjoys the process and not get frustrated

Similar is with any life events! So enjoy it than making or considering it a burden

And anyways there is a grand new hostel at LBSNAA which is now ready :)

So look forward to the goals... Distribute it in small sub goals.. Try achieving them and get yourself slowly oriented towards your goal

And interview by God's grace was always my forte, pre was never my strong point hence I had to decipher a lot of tricks for prelims

However for interviews I have seen it works... One needs most preparations for interview only

Be it KVPY, HUL, ITC, DB, BCG, PwC, RBI, UPSC things have always fallen in place with robust preparation

It will take a lot of time and lot of writing and making notes and again revising them

Looking at SWOT/ Johari Windows/ HR / Technical Q

Also there are multiple guidances so filter the ones which you find are good for you. There are no good Or bad guidance, some may work for you some may not.

However my only suggestion is don't take 5-10 different perspective for anything. It kills naturality and furthermore creates more self doubt

Three things which are paramount

TRUST you can do it
Don't feel RELAXED or ANXIOUS, remain quasi relaxed & quasi anxious
BELIEVE you will be in list
