2 Qs seem not correct in paper...

5 years back when we started teaching - we taught the most important golden rule for UPSC preparations

"Don't leave job for UPSC"

People laughed at me ! I just felt may be 5 years back they will forget this golden rule and say rules don't work in UPSC 😁

many a people fail fail themselves at the first place by following the wrong path glorified by a lot of toppers which from day 1 we said is wrong !

leave job ! Come to Delhi ! Why ....Who said ? Did UPSC asked you to leave job ?

Did UPSC asked to read Laxmikant ! I never read Laxmikant...I just read whatever I could..

From day 1 I have maintained if you stop glorifying this exam then only you can treat it like an exam ! But who glorifies it ! ASPIRANTS ONLY !

And then they say don't glorify this kind of absurd paper ! Sorry to say but your decision to leave the job and prepare for it was far more absurd than the paper !

But log wahi krte jo unko achha lagta ! Apne decisions ko lekar jab fas jate to kisi ke mathe daalte...kabhi UPSC absurd....kabhi rules galat..kabhi coaching bekaar...still many of you go and give mocks in all those coaching for free...

You make them display your name in their toppers' list and make a new batch again go so as this cycle continue ...

So basically this is the hypocrisy of society and so many people in it...

People will never have guts not to avoid mocks so a coaching stops...coaching wale logon ko nahi lutein...nahi aapko free mocks dene me ye yaad nahi aata...fir ethics yaad aata ki coaching galat..UPSC galat..

This to me is wrong ! Start taking responsibilities in life !

We are very proud of ourselves we did not have good financial conditions. We did not leave job...pura sangarsh kiye...coaching ka mock nahi diye kyunki bekaar naam use nahi krne denge...kisi bache ko guide karne ka paisa nahi lete...youtube pe ad nahi dete...ye nahi bolte ki aao hamare rules hi lagao...youtube video dekho...never ever..naa kabhi karenge...

Is baar we knew ki UPSC might chnage the rules of game...isliye koi PURA video nahi laaye...kuch aata hi nahi usse...fir aaplog ke pyaar ke karan in mid of conference we slept for 2-3 hours for 3 days to bring rule based solutions !

Fir bhi kai log process and mehnat nahi dekhte...

Rules knowedge ke upar kaam karte hain yahi pehla rule hai...

We sincerely were shocked to see the toxicity in the group and sincerely request ki bhai jisko achha nahi lgta group me naa rahiye...

Kyun jab humara approach sahi nahi to rah ke group me apna bhi BP high kar rahe....

Rule wule sab baad ki baat hai..pehle one need to follow the basic rule of life and that is be kind to others...

Rule to ye bhi hai ki India me logon ko free ki cheej sub-quality lagti and jahan paisa lgta hai wahan value najar aata...

so humlog vinamra hathon se aagrh karte hain...jinko achha nahi lagta wo mat rahiye...

Humne group bahut pyar aur imaandari se banaya hai...

haan pichle saal kam time de paya...bahut cheejin thi life me..

Our aim is 300+ selection in 2025 from our group and we will do it

10 se 80+ par aa gaye is saal...and jo 80+ bacche hain select hue unse puchna kitna mehnat laga hai...kitna raat raat padhaye hain...aur haamri team ne unke sapne ke liye apne kitne sapne sacrifice kiye hain

so please learn to respect sacrifices of others kyunki jo aaj thankful nahi hain dusron ke effort ko leke life me wo shayad officer banke bhi kabhi naa hon !

Learn from Dhoni : he started his career with 0 runs and almost ended it with 0 runs !

ZERO SE ZERO KA SAFAR ! hamare life ki yaatra bhi 0 se 0 ki hoti hai..life to death...but it is how we make it meaningful matters ( you don't need to make it large)

there are so many important learnings in life and some we will share...we took class of IAS officer probationers also today and some of key points taught ..may be u can use in ethics

For GS4 know them

It's a common perception that when seats are increased, cut off goes down however this is not always the case.

Example 10 lakh aspirants for example give exam when 1045 seats ( just for example), then as the seats are increased, people giving the exam also increases let us say 1100 seats par 11 lakh aspirants

Now it depends on this delta 1 lakh how they perform for the following seats

So common perception not always true!
