What is the rule about not showering or bathing after using the wand? is it 4 hours BEFORE and 4 hours AFTER? Or just one of those? and why do we have to wait 4 hours? What would happen if I used the wand then showered one hour later? Thank you!
It is recommended not to shower, drink cold fluids or be in AC etc for 4 hours AFTER wanding in order to give the body time to maximise the benefit of the terahertz cellular treatment. It's also makes good sense to support our body in this way. It won't do anything bad if you don't follow this, but may hinder the process that you are trying to gain from.
