When Will The Bitcoin Bull Market End? Here’s How To Spot The Top

Like many other things, there is a season for highs and lows, and the crypto market is not exempt. It is a given that there will be bullish seasons, but there will also be bearish seasons too. At press time, Bitcoin is struggling to reclaim $50,000 once again.

In the near term, the bears are expected to hinder price movements but in the long term, Bitcoin is poised to double its current price. This would mean that the second leg of the bull run will kick in in the months ahead and once this phase is done, the bear market will follow; but when and how?
Over 3,000 Smart Contracts Waiting To Be Deployed On Cardano As Hoskinson Reveals Bullish Trajectory

Data in real-time shows that there are currently more than 3000 smart contracts locked in a time lock contract. Although developers cannot access them because they are currently locked, once access is granted, the market is poised to record a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The new record comes not long after the successful implementation of the Cardano Alonzo hard fork.

Despite the price of ADA stumbling, the new development is good news for the weeks ahead. However, there is still a truckload of work to be done before the unlocking is complete. The deployment of decentralization applications (dApps), as well as Decentralized finance products (DeFi), amongst many other projects, must first be completed. Once this is done, the price of ADA might also begin to correct as developers awaiting the deployment might have also impacted the dwindling price of ADA at the moment.
Ethereum Under Fire After Bitfinex Paid $23 Million In Transaction Fees To Deposit $100,000 On The Blockchain

Key takeaways

Ethereum receives a lot of backlash from market participants after outrageous fee charge. The situation is being labeled as an anomaly by insiders.Cryptocurrency figures speculates possible cause. Data from Etherscan revealed that a recent transaction carried out by Bitfinex cost the exchange $23.7 million in fees. The wallet which belonged to Bitfinex carried out a $100,000 transaction for DeversiFi, a non-custodial exchange. And as the data showed, the wallet seems to be the only one paying that much in fee charges. As expected, crypto players and Ethereum critics did not take the news well.

An insider source, Konrad Strachan from DeversiFi broke down the transaction process and revealed the Gas Fee has been returned to Bitfinex’s Wallet.

What Is FTM?

Fantom is a directed acyclic graph (DAG) smart contract platform providing decentralized finance (DeFi) services to developers using its own bespoke consensus algorithm.Together with its in-house token FTM, Fantom aims to solve problems associated with smart-contract platforms, specifically transaction speed, which developers say they have reduced to under two seconds. The Fantom Foundation, which oversees the Fantom product offering, was originally created in 2018, with the launch of OPERA, Fantom’s mainnet, coming in December 2019.

The platform’s compatibility with Ethereum means that users can purchase an ERC-20 standard FTM, which is automatically converted to native FTM once received to their wallet. Another version of FTM is available on Binance Chain using its BEP2 standard. Only the native FTM can be used on the Fantom OPERA mainnet itself.

Fantom attempts to use a new scratch-built consensus mechanism to facilitate DeFi and related services on the basis of smart contracts.
The mechanism, Lachesis, promises much higher capacity and two-second transaction finalization, along with improvements to security over traditional PoS algorithm-based platforms.
Matching Ethereum, the project appeals to developers looking to deploy decentralized solutions. According to its official literature, its mission is to “grant compatibility between all transaction bodies around the world.”
Its in-house PoS token, FTM, forms the backbone of transactions, and allows fee collection and staking activities, along with the user rewards the latter represents.
