💡HSE has launched a new multifunctional Student Service Centre, which provides services to students and alumni such as:

1. Issuance of documents (transcripts, certificates of attendance and etc.)
2. Processing of applications
3. Feedback and consultations
4. Coordination of the University-wide campaigns

📄You can obtain necessary documents and get all paperwork done by filing an application via online service, which operates as a one-stop shop.

The @studsovet, together with the Center for Psychological Counseling, has launched the HSE Community Emotional Support community in a peer-to-peer format.

HSE students and staff will be able to contact the project volunteer for help, support, and questions of psychological well-being.

⬇ Available options:

— Up to 50 minutes of conversation with a trained volunteer.
— Face-to-face or online format. You can log in with the @hse_emotional_support_bot.
— Support from the volunteer , who will be able to provide guidance on general issues and methods of self-help.
— Guidance on how to get qualified psychological assistance.

❗To receive consultation in English, you need to select English when sending an application to the bot. Next, this application will be taken by an English-speaking volunteer.
