Seems like Coingecko is fudging the numbers coming from Bancor. The swap system is currently not computing rates using these numbers, and thus has put swapping to/from HY temporarily on hold. As soon as normal price action returns the engine should resume swaps automatically.

Liquidity has been increased for HY on Tomochain. We have also looked at connectivity of the swap system, and this should now be improved.
