We've done some research into three reported swap issues. We will be increasing the XRP (2 issues) and BCH (1 issue) default transaction fee to account for delayed transactions. The increase is very small, adheres to both ledger standards and should make transactions go through faster.

From several people we have had some good bug reports about the MAX button not working in the swap modal. Wielding hammer and battle-axe we have caught the bug and put it back into its natural habitat (/dev/null). That should fix it once and for all. 🐞🌿

Currently the BCH node host we use is not functioning. We hope this problem can be resolved soon. If you do need to use or move your BCH during this time, please export your key.

The BCH node host has been synchronized. So all should be functional, including swaps to/from BCH. Please do let us know if you experience any issues!

Notice:
If you have attempted to move/swap between chains and got the message 'No selectable pairs' this is due to many swaps being made lowering available liquidity. We will look into this issue on Friday.

The XRP account model requires at least 20 XRP to be on every account at all times. Not everyone knows this Ripple concept which may cause confusion amoung those trying to swap XRP. We have disabled swapping to/from XRP for now, as we develop a proper solution for this.

XRP swapping has been enabled again. There is now a mechanism to guard against non-activated accounts, and cancels the deal when that is the case. Let us know if your swaps to XRP give you issues.
