Not sure about the difficulty of the paper, because I've not given it a deeper look.

But, prima facie looks like the 2017-2025 madness is over. The pattern and the skeletal structure of the questions seem to be back to good old days of 2011 - 2016.

Will comment about the cutoff and paper analysis in the next 24 hours.

Cutoff will be in the range of 87-90 for general category. (Personal opinion based on my observations)
