🌀 On Friday, Binance deployed an NFT system update, which has led to many technical issues and critical bugs.
🌀 As a result, it has impacted NFT collections negatively, especially the ones which were listed as Creators. The problematic update impacted IguVerse NFT collection, which now is DISPLAYED INCORRECTLY:
⚠️ The name of our collection is displayed under the Alextradecrypto account, which is the Binance nickname of one of our co-founders.
⚠️ The total supply of NFTs is incorrect. There were 513 NFTs on our Creator account, which were the attempts to upload a previous collection, but were canceled / not approved by Binance. They were stored on our account as a Hidden. Unfortunately, the "Burn" feature doesn't work on the Binance NFT platform as expected. As soon as this functionality starts working, we are planning to burn these invalid NFTs.
😔 We are in touch with the Binance support regarding this matter from the very first minute. Unfortunately, this is an issue on the Binance side and there is nothing we can do to make it display correctly.
Currently, our team is in contact directly with the Binance managers on a platform and individual support in Telegram. Binance is aware of this global problem and promised to fix it in the nearest future. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Besides the incorrect display, everything else is working as expected. Our Sale dashboard platform isn't impacted, all allocations are working correctly. You still can withdraw your NFTs from Binance to MetaMask or other wallets.
