On 28th October, the global judo community will celebrate World Judo Day 2026 under the theme of BELONGING. This year’s message is simple: every judoka should not only be welcomed onto the tatami but should feel recognised, respected and part of the judo family. From clubs and national federations to the largest international events, belonging is what turns participation into a lasting connection.
