The Eye of Providence, also called the All-Seeing Eye, Panopticon or Luminous Delta, is a symbol interpreted as God's vigilance and providence over humanity.
Today it symbolizes the control and domination of the elite that runs the planet, but its original use had other meanings as we are going to see.
It is related to the "Eye of Horus" of ancient Egypt.
However, it differs from it because it is inscribed inside a triangle with one of its three vertices facing up and looking down, as a symbol of "omnipresence".
The symbol has been used both within religious and magical contexts and is part of Masonic symbolism where it is known as "luminous Delta", due to its resemblance to the Greek letter Delta, which is a representation of the Great Architect of the Universe.
On many occasions it has the Hebrew tetragram inscribed or only its first Hebrew letter "yod" which can be considered in this case as an abbreviation of it.
