Bitcoin – Daily Timeframe Analysis
After several weeks of consolidation near the highs, Bitcoin has finally initiated a healthy pullback, retesting a key support level. This retracement acts as a “market breath,” often necessary before continuation in the prevailing trend. The pullback also filled a previous imbalance (IMB) zone, providing additional confluence. Below the current level lies a well-defined demand zone, which increases the probability of a deeper retest before a potential move higher. Notably, the current correction aligns with the 0.382 to 0.5 Fibonacci retracement levels, further supporting a bullish continuation scenario.
