🔷 What are some common English mistakes uneducated Americans do?

🔹The answers give by others are mostly spelling mistakes. In spoken English many people confuse the past form of the verb with the past participle. Example: “He done it” or “I have went.”Also, there is the very common confusion of the intransitive verb lie, lay, lain and the transitive verb lay, laid, laid. Another very common mistake is to use the object form of a pronoun where the subject form would be correct and vice versa. Example: “between you and I” or “me and my brother went fishing.” Finally, there is the use of less where fewer would be correct.
