Correct answers

๐Ÿ…ฑ I Need to go home

Reason: In this phrase โ€œGo homeโ€, home is not a noun but an adverb, Specifically, it is an adverb of place, So you do not need a preposition like โ€œtoโ€ prior to home.
We also donโ€™t use โ€œtoโ€ before these words when it is used an Adverb (abroad, anywhere, downstairs, here, home, in, nowhere, out, outside, somewhere, there, underground, upstairs)

๐Ÿ…ฑ My birthday is in October

Reason: We use โ€œonโ€ when indicating an specific date, like โ€œmy birthday is on October 10โ€
Whereas you use โ€œinโ€ if there is no specific date, for example: โ€œMy Birthday is in Octoberโ€

๐Ÿ…ฑ I came to office on foot

Reason: We can say โ€œby carโ€, โ€œby busโ€, โ€œby bikeโ€, โ€œby trainโ€ and โ€œby flightโ€. However, we cannot say โ€œby walkโ€, as it is the โ€œfootโ€ which is being used to travel and not โ€œwalkโ€
