The paper studies how Injective operates dynamic fee markets at sub-second timescales, exposing why Ethereum's EIP-1559 (built for 12-second blocks) breaks down on a chain running 25x faster at 600ms, and identifying the mathematically optimal parameters for a high-speed fee mechanism.
