استقبل رئيس مجلس الوزراء السيد محمد شياع السوداني، اليوم الخميس، عضوة مجلس النواب عن المكوّن الكاكائي السيدة أحلام رمضان، والوفد المرافق لها.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض أحوال المكوّن الكاكائي، وأوضاعهم المعيشية، ومتطلباتهم الحياتية، وقدم الوفد مجموعة من المتطلبات التي تندرج ضمن حقوق المكوّن كمواطنين عراقيين، لاسيما ما يتعلق بتعويض العوائل الكاكائية التي نزحت عام 2014 بسبب عصابات داعش الإرهابية.
وأكد السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء اعتزازه بجميع المكونات العراقية، وحرص الحكومة على توفير كامل متطلباتهم، وفق ما نصّ عليه المنهاج الوزاري، وجعله إحدى أولويات البرنامج الحكومي التي تم الشروع بتنفيذها، مؤكداً للوفد العمل على تلبية احتياجات المكوّن الكاكائي ومتابعة المشاكل التي يواجهها أبناء هذا الطيف العراقي الأصيل.
وأشار سيادته إلى زيارته الأخيرة لقضاء الحمدانية في محافظة نينوى، واطّلاعه على استقرار العوائل هناك من مختلف الأطياف والمكونات، وممارسة عباداتهم وطقوسهم وفق الحرية التي كفلها الدستور، مؤكداً أنّ التنوّع في العراق مصدر قوة ومدعاة فخر لمجتمعنا المتكامل.
من جانبها، عبّرت النائب أحلام رمضان عن شكرها للسيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، مؤكدة أن جميع المكوّنات يشعرون بالأمل والتفاؤل بعمل الحكومة ورؤيتها في رعاية المكونات وتوطيد تعايشها البنّاء واستعادة حقوقها المسلوبة منذ زمن النظام المُباد.

Prime Minister Mr. Mohammed S. Al-Sudani received Ms. Ahlam Ramadan, an Iraqi Parliament Member, representing the Kakai Component in the Council of Representatives, and her accompanying delegation.
The meeting focused on reviewing the conditions of the Kakai community, including their living situation and essential needs. The delegation presented a range of demands that pertain to the rights of the Kakai component as Iraqi citizens. Specifically, they emphasized the need for compensation for Kakai families displaced in 2014 due to the atrocities committed by ISIS terrorist groups.
The Prime Minister expressed his deep pride in all Iraqi components and reaffirmed the government's commitment to meeting their requirements as outlined in the government program. Ensuring the needs of the Kakai community is a top priority within the government's program. He assured the delegation of his dedication to addressing the challenges faced by the people of this important and authentic Iraqi community and pledged to closely monitor and resolve their issues.
His Excellency mentioned his recent visit to Al-Hamdaniya in Nineveh Governorate, where he witnessed the stability of families from diverse communities. He acknowledged the freedom of worship and the practice of rituals protected by the Iraqi Constitution. Emphasizing the strength and pride derived from Iraq's diversity, he highlighted how it contributes to the cohesiveness of our inclusive society.

🔷 لقد تراكمَ الحديث عن التنويع الاقتصادي، ومواجهة آثار التغيّر المناخي، اليوم نحن وإياكم نقف على أعتاب مفتاح المواجهة، وكلُّ الجهود التي تعالج هذه المؤثرات، ستمرّ عبر طريق التنمية.
🔷 نرى في هذا المشروع ركيزة للاقتصاد المستدام غير النفطي، وعقدة ارتباطٍ تخدم جيران العراق والمنطقة.
🔷 ميناء الفاو الكبير، قطع شوطاً كبيراً نحو الإتمام، وسيكون بوابة لهذا الحراك الاقتصادي المهم.
🔷 سوف تتكامل مع الميناء المدن الحضرية، التي سنؤسس بجوارها مدينة صناعية ذكية ستحاكي التطور التكنولوجيَّ الحاليَّ والمتوقع للسنوات الخمسين المقبلة.
🔷 سيتمُّ توطين صناعات متعددة في تلك المدن باستثمار الموارد الأولية المحلية أو المستوردة، من أجل سدِّ الحاجة المحلية والإقليمية من منتجاتها.
🔷 بهذا المشروع الواعد، سينطلقُ العراق نحو شراكة اقتصادية معكم، تجعل بلداننا مصدّرة للصناعات الحديثة والبضائع.
🔷 سنعتمد في كلِّ هذا على الممرّات متعددة الوسائط، وأكثر من (1200) كم من السكك الحديدية، وتشغيلها البيني المشترك، والطرق السريعة.

🔷 باسێكی زۆر لهسهر بهجۆركردنی ئابووری و رووبهربوونهوهی كاریگهریهكانی گۆرانی كهشهوههوا كراوه، ئهمڕۆ ئێمه لهگهڵ ئێوه لهنزیكی شوێنی رووبهربووبوونهوهیانین و ههموو ههوڵێك بۆ چارهسهركردنی ئهم كاریگهریانه بهرێگای پرۆژه ڕێگای گهشهپێدانهوه تێپهر دهبن.

🔷 پیشهسازی جۆرا جۆر لهم شارانه دروست دهكرێن ئهویش بهسوودوهرگرتن لهكهل وپهلی خاوی ناوخۆیی یان هاوردهكراو، لهپێناو دابینكردنی پێداویستیهكانی ناوخۆیی وههرێمایهتی لهبهرههمهكانیان.
🔷 بهم پرۆژه، عێراق ههنگاو بهرهو هاوبهشیهكی ئابووری دهنێت، و وڵاتهكهمان دهكاته سهرچاوهی پیشهسازی هاوچهرخ و كهل وپهلهكان.
🔷 سوود یان لێی وهردهگرین وپشتی پێدهبهستنی بهو ههموو ڕێگا و ڕیانهی جۆرا جۆر و بهستنهوه وزیاتر له (1200) كم لههێڵی ئاسنی و بهگهرخستنی ژێرخانی هاوبهش و ڕێگا خێرایهكان.
🔷 هێڵی ئاسنی و ڕێگا خێرایهكان كهل وپهلهكان دهگوازنهوه، وئهو دهرفهتانهی كاركردن كهئهم پرۆژانه بهرپایان دهكهن دهبێته هۆكارێك بۆ گواستنهوهی گهلانی ناوچهكه بۆ قوناغێكی تهواوكار و سهقامگیری و رووبهرووبوونهوهی ڕكمانیهكان.
🔷 ڕێگای گهشهپێدان شادهماری ئابووریه، و دهرفهتێكی گرنگه بۆ پێگهیشتنی بهرژهوهندی و مێژوو و رۆشنبیریهكان.
🔷 ئهم حكومهته بهشێوهیهكی پراكتیكی دهستیپێكردوه بهپێداویستیهكانی سهرهكی گهلی عێراق وبهپێی ئهولهكاریهكانی دیراسهكراو، ههروهها لهسهر داتاكانی چارهسهری ریشهیی بۆ نهبوونی شهقامگیری و تهگهرهكان بووه.
🔷 گۆنگرهی ڕێگای گهشهپێدان ههنگاوی تر لێی دروست دهبێت، ئهو لهسهر ئاراستهی ئێمهیه لهسهر ئاستی چاكسازی و ههڵساندنهوهی ئابووری.

🔷ئهمڕۆ بهرپرسیاریهتی گهشهكردنی ئهو لێكگهیشتنهكان لهئهستۆیی ئێوه، چونكه ئێوه بهرپرس و تهكنیكار و تایبهتمهندن لهكهرته پهیوهندیدارهكان، و نهخشهڕێگای پرۆسهی گواستنهوه بۆ ئاستی جێبهجێركردنی راستهوخۆ دادهنێن بهمهبهستی بهدهستهێنانی ئامانجه دیاریكراوهكان.
🔷بهردهوام دهبین لهسهر ئهوهی كهخزمهت بهگهلهكهمان دهكات، و دهرگاكانی هاوبهندی لهگهڵ وڵاتانی دراوسێی جوگرافی و درێژهپێدهری رۆشنبیری زیاد دهكهین، و ههموو كارێك كهببێته هۆی راكێشانی وهبهرهێنانی جیهانی ئهنجام دهدهین.
