Want to study at ITMO, but your dream program is taught in Russian?

ITMO University offers you a unique opportunity to spend an academic year focusing on your Russian language skills before starting your learning journey! Join our Foundation Program and gain access to:

✔️ Intensive Russian language program for beginners
✔️ In-depth training in a wide range of study subjects (options include math, physics, IT, chemistry, and social studies) relevant to ITMO University’s admission tests

💵 Currently, you can apply to a fee-based position by signing an individual study contract with ITMO University. The course fees are 250,000 rubles (as of 2024).

When applying to the university directly, send these to int.students@itmo.ru:

📄 A scanned copy of your passport
📄 A scanned copy of your official educational certificates
📄 Translations of the abovementioned documents (optional)
📄 A letter of motivation in English

If your application is approved, in 1-2 weeks you’ll receive a study contract and a bill. When the contract is signed and the payment is confirmed, it takes 2 more weeks to issue a visa invitation.
