In Russia, today marks the beginning of a week-long celebration as we bid farewell to winter with baking, feasting, and lots of delicious pancakes – aka bliny.
If this is your first Maslenitsa, we encourage you to go beyond the usual pancakes and crepes and savor authentic bliny with various toppings like sour cream, condensed milk, jam, or even caviar. Here are some great spots to do so, suitable for every budget:

Designed for the next generation of experts in AI, cybersecurity, IT, and product management, this phygital classroom mimics Alfa-Bank’s actual offices. Here, students can gain hands-on experience with the help cutting-edge technology.
The flexible learning space is designed for up to 120 students and will host workshops, lectures, and seminars by Alfa-Bank experts. Its establishment is part of an ongoing initiative that aims to bridge gaps between academia and fintech.
