July 09, 2026, 22:54 UTC (июля 10, 2026, 10:54 KST)

http://kvert.febras.net/volc?name=Bezymianny

Вулкан КРАШЕНИННИКОВА (CAVW #300190)
54.6 с.ш., 160.27 в.

Kamchatkan and Kuriles Volcanic Activity
July 17, 2026, 01:14 UTC (July 17, 2026, 13:14 KST)

KVERT monitor active volcanoes of Kamchatka and the Kurile Islands. Not all of these volcanoes had eruptions in historical time, however they are potentially active and therefore are of concern to aviation.

SHEVELUCH VOLCANO (CAVW #300270)
56.64 N, 161.32 E; Elevation 3283 m (10768 ft), the dome elevation ~2500 m (8200 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is ORANGE

The explosive-extrusive eruption of the volcano continues. Ash explosions up to 12 km (39,400 ft) a.s.l. could occur at any time. Ongoing activity could affect international and low-flying aircraft.

The explosive-extrusive eruption of the volcano continues, accompanied by powerful gas-steam activity; a new block of lava continues to grow in the northern part of the lava dome. Powerful explosive events with ash removal up to 11 km a.s.l. occurred on 09 July (start at 21:43 UTC), and 14 July (start at 05:25 UTC). Explosions sent ash up to 6.5 km a.s.l. on 16 July (start at 00:45 UTC). Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly on the volcano all week; on 9-10, and 14-16 July, the ash plumes and ash clouds moved for 2200 km to the southeast of the volcano.

BEZYMIANNY VOLCANO (CAVW #300250)
55.97 N, 160.6 E; Elevation 2882 m (9453 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is YELLOW

The effusive eruption of the volcano continues. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.

The effusive eruption of the volcano continues, a gas-steam activity of the volcabo is observing. Satellite data by KVERT showed a thermal anomaly on the volcano on 10, 11, and 15-16 July, it was obscured by clouds in the other days of the week.
http://kvert.febras.net/volc?lang=en&name=Bezymianny

KRASHENINNIKOV VOLCANO (CAVW #300190)
54.6 N, 160.27 E; Elevation 1856 m (6088 ft)
Aviation Colour Code is YELLOW

The effusive eruption of the volcano continues. The danger of ash explosions up to 6 km (19,700 ft) a.s.l. remains. Ongoing activity could affect low-flying aircraft.

The effusive eruption of the volcano continues: lava flows are effusing to the eastern slope of the Northern Cone of the volcano, and a gas-steam emission from this Cone is observing. Satellite data by KVERT showed a large thermal anomaly on the volcano all week; 11-12 July, a plume of resuspended ash extended for 60 km to the south-southeast of the volcano.
