Нам нужен человек строго с опытом в платежках / P2P / high-risk / crypto / fintech, который понимает специфику работы платежной инфраструктуры, умеет быстро разбираться в технических проблемах и выстраивать работу команды.
Чем предстоит заниматься
- Руководить командой технической поддержки: найм, обучение, графики, контроль качества и KPI.
- Выстроить работу поддержки 24/7 и понятную систему эскалаций.
- Быть основной точкой взаимодействия между поддержкой, трейдерами и технической командой.
- Оперативно разбирать проблемы с платежами: зависшие операции, ошибки, статусы, реквизиты, лимиты, технические сбои и другие нестандартные ситуации.
- Контролировать обращения и спорные кейсы со стороны трейдеров.
- Следить за SLA и скоростью решения критических инцидентов.
- Выявлять повторяющиеся проблемы и передавать разработке конкретные задачи на исправление.
- Формировать технические задания на доработку внутренних инструментов поддержки и трейдерского кабинета.
- Улучшать процессы так, чтобы максимальное количество вопросов решалось без ручного вмешательства.
- Разрабатывать регламенты, инструкции и базу знаний.
- Анализировать причины ошибок, потери конверсии и другие проблемы на стороне операционных процессов.
- Участвовать в подключении и сопровождении новых трейдеров.
