Midpoint — новый проп-дэск на собственном капитале на криптовалютных рынках. Международная команда из выпускников ведущих университетов. У дэска своя инфраструктура: исторические данные, бэктест как сервис, бумажная и живая торговля одним кодом. Ищем исследователя, который будет разрабатывать стратегии дэска и доводить их до живой торговли.
Задачи
Разрабатывать стратегии на споте и бессрочных фьючерсах: рыночно-нейтральные и направленные.
Проверять гипотезы на исторических данных: сделки, свечи, фандинг, открытый интерес, капитализация.
Строить бэктесты с честными издержками, учётом маржи и контролем переобучения.
Использовать ИИ-агентов в исследовательском цикле: перебор гипотез, код бэктестов, ревью, разбор отчётов. Результат агента проверяется человеком, а массовый перебор гипотез учитывается при оценке переобучения.
Выводить стратегии через бумажную торговлю в живую и отслеживать расхождение живых результатов с бэктестом.
Участвовать в аудите стратегий внешних квантов.

Опыт в mid-frequency trading и вывода стратегий в прод: ваши альфы торговались вживую — вы выводили их сами или их выводила команда.
