Process:
1- Connect locked mac in DFU mode
2- Open HFZ T2 tool copy ECID and register
3- Press start booting ( wait patiently until its done )
4- Save the flash dump file
5- Re-write new SN in SN box ( you can use any apple sn & make sure to save your original sn )
6- Press on Save and Flash to device
7- Once success message pops up, close the tool and install fresh mac os.
