Requirements:
Your MacBook/iMac should be in a locked state (password-protected, in Lost Mode, or in iCloud Clean Mode).
A USB OTG or USB-C port is required.
Steps:
Access Recovery Mode:
For MacBook T2: Restart the device, and hold down CMD + R to boot into Recovery Mode.
For MacBook M1, M2, M3: Power down, hold the Power Button, and select Recovery Mode.
Execute Key Combination:
Once the Mac is in Recovery Mode, hold all five keys: Control + Option + Command + Dot + Shift.
Wait for a few seconds until a red screen appears, indicating the process is active.
Dump the Diagnostic File:
A Finder window will open automatically.
Insert a USB drive and save the Diagnostic File by selecting Save to USB.
Upload the File for Analysis:
