• Under the Federal Communications Act, a radio station license cannot be held by a corporation with more than 25 percent foreign ownership. Soros acknowledged that the level of foreign ownership of Audacy will far exceed that!

• The FCC Commission is supposed to go through a rigorous process to go conduct a National Security Review of Foreign Ownership, which usually takes 6-12 months…
—— but the FCC Commission, for the first time ever, decided to skip this process.

The FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr of the Federal Communications Commission warned the FCC not to go beyond its standard procedure and allow Soros to purchase the radio stations.

“I think what’s interesting about it is that the FCC is not following its normal process for reviewing transactions that it has established over a number of years,” Carr said. “It seems to me the FCC is poised, for the first time, to create an entirely new shortcut.”

1 hour before the outage Verizon Communications Inc., the biggest wireless carrier in the US, agreed to sell the rights to lease thousands of mobile phone towers to digital infrastructure firm Vertical Bridge.

Vertical Bridge will obtain the exclusive rights to lease, operate and manage the portfolio of 6,339 towers for about $3.3 billion, according to a statement on Monday that confirmed earlier Bloomberg News reporting.

Under terms of the deal, Verizon has entered into a 10-year agreement to lease back capacity on the towers, which are located in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., from Vertical Bridge. Verizon has an option to extend the term up to 50 years.

“This transaction builds on our existing relationship with Vertical Bridge while realizing substantial value for this unique set of assets and allows us to be agile in optimizing the network with one of the best operating partners,” Verizon Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Hans Vestberg said in the statement.

1) Iran's leaders, like those of many nations, have no regard for their own people. They are not who die in wars or responses to their actions.

2) Israel can not just ignore an attack, it will only bring more attacks.

3) The USA can not be dragged into a war with Israel, it would drag Russia and China into it, no nation wins, they all get destroyed. And Israel is not going to come out better being in the middle of the war, where they all fight.

4) There are hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of people illegally in America who are military aged men, who if they start going door to door like in Israel, in 10 or 20 major USA cities — can the police in any city stop such a large sudden attack in 10 or 20 cities?

5) If the national guard and or military is send to the middle east to fight, they are not here, if large numbers of military aged men now in the USA start attacking US cities.

And that's just the dangers around what could start if WW III is triggered from this.

We also have the disasters in the southern states, who are all going to get pushed to the back of the news cycle now with a WW III war narrative buzzing.

And the Eastern Ports have all shutdown on strike today, supplies coming in on those ports are now stuck. If they keep on going, within a week many cities are going to start to notice. Right as a spike in demand is here from the Southern disaster states.

The southern areas in crisis, are they even going to be able to cast votes, and those are likely votes that would have gone to Trump.

Pray for our Country and the people. Democrat voters, have to wake up, and unite with Republicans, to elect Trump back into office. We can not keep going forward with a divided nation, who ever is running things now, would run the Harris admin, no change from the Biden admin. They are clearly not able to do it well.
