Gold star mom, Tina Peters, gets sentenced to 9 years. She is who took steps to preserve election data.

Judge Barrett turned the sentencing hearing of Tina Peters into an attack on all of us.

It should certainly surprise none of you that I know things about this case that most people do not.

The word Travesty does not do it justice. As soon as Barrett ruled that no evidence against Dominion could be presented, the verdict was almost predetermined, although I had hope of rational jurors. Alas, that did not happen.

Barrett did everything to preserve the status quo.

And ladies and gentlemen, the status is definitely NOT quo.

I wrote the following in a letter three weeks ago on behalf of Tina Peters to be given to Judge Barrett at her discretion.

Most sentencing letters are of the groveling sort, and I’m incapable of that.

Tina and I agreed to keep the letter for posterity - because we knew the judge would punish her for it. Now that sentencing is over, I knew my instincts were right.

Appeals are in the works, and our nation and Tina are in need of a miracle.

“I write this letter in support of former Mesa County clerk Tina Peters.  I am a longtime state prosecutor, former law professor, and advocate of honest and transparent elections.

The prospect of asking for leniency on behalf of Tina is a difficult proposition.  

Why?  Because she should not be subject to sentencing in the first place.  Tina is innocent in the eyes of God.  

We all are faced with times where we are pressured to align with evil.  To do right, however, when the consequences guarantee our lives will be altered irreparably is a rare sight.

Tina should be praised for her integrity in attempting to safeguard records that the State of Colorado mandated she preserve.  

Isaiah 59:14-18 describes Tina’s persecution:

‘Our courts oppose the righteous, and justice is nowhere to be found. Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty has been outlawed.

Yes, truth is gone, and anyone who renounces evil is attacked.

The Lord looked and was displeased to find there was no justice.  He was amazed to see that no one intervened to help the oppressed.

So he himself stepped in to save them with his strong arm, and his justice sustained him.  

He put on righteousness as his body armor and placed the helmet of salvation on his head. 

He clothed himself with a robe of vengeance and wrapped himself in a cloak of divine passion. He will repay his enemies for their evil deeds.’

Tina has been demonized by a press that ruined her chances of a fair and impartial jury.  Tina has been denigrated as a criminal when she should be described as a hero. 

This court thinks it is standing in judgment of Tina.  I think not.

God is providing this court with an opportunity to do what Tina did.  Not align with evil.  To choose the righteous path.

Choose wisely.  Christ is the Supreme Judge and does not like His children being harmed.

I don’t understand how the defense was so blocked? How is this considered a fair trial? I would think that should be grounds for something, like a dismissal,or something?

To deny the evidence of the crime that was afoot and taking place he has obstructed justice by edict and his qualified immunity would not cover an illegal act or one not of their duty or within their actual power, soooo, he is and has acted criminally and we need to find a sheriff who will do Colorados bidding and start arresting these out of hand judges.

I pity the judge and the prosecutors when they face the final judgement day.

This is what happens when unrighteous, un-Godly judges are selected, not elected. However, in the end God wins! The wheat will be separated from the chaff.

They want to intimidate anyone who would report fraud in the next election.
