The video going viral about this, it is a update, of existing laws. The profits of the Fed have always gone to the US Treasury. The voting rights that go to shareholders, that big banks have bought, are voting rights, not profits.

Does the Fed use creative book keeping, and or do the shares banks, and who ever may control those shares, through numerous shell corps and or other creative methods, get used to enrich the elite? Wouldn't be at all surprising, but this update, cites past laws in the footnotes. The usagold site above, outlines past allegations that have been made, and why they are not as clear as they were made to be. Not that it means it's all legit, but this link and the video going viral, is not a smoking gun, it is more of a pie in the face when going to people who think all is well, and then finding out this isn't a smoking gun, and instead you have pie in your face for thinking it was.
