You know which tool launched yesterday.

You know who tested it. You know why the previous one “isn't worth using anymore.”

Do you have a project of your own or you’re just a worm knowing about THINGS?

Some people have become professional beginners. They enter every new thing excited and leave as soon as the actual work starts. Then they describe that tour as EXPERIENCE.

Experience shows when you can explain what you tried, what went wrong and what you changed.

Watching someone else do it doesn't give you that experience.

It gives you mental masturbation and a false sense of productivity.

Pick one small result you can finish with what you already know. A consistent ai creator for example or a finished content set, a profile that makes sense.

Something that exists and can be judged.

If you restart every week, don't act surprised that you always feel like a beginner.

You've made starting your permanent address.

One of your videos got views. Congratulations…

Now show me what happened after.

Did people visit the profile?
Did they understand what they were looking at?
Did they follow?
Did they click the link?

If you don’t know, then all you have is a number that made you feel something and a bunch of questions that are still unanswered.

A funny video might attract people who couldn’t care less about your creator.

Or maybe it brings the right audience, but the profile gives them absolutely no reason to stay or subscribe to the Fanvue or OF.

Those are two completely different problems that require completely different fixes.

That’s why you need to look at the ENTIRE journey, using all the data you have available.

Don’t call every view a potential customer, and don’t blame every low-sales problem on traffic, because you’ll completely fuck up the diagnosis.

Posting a screenshot with views is easy.
The hard part is explaining WHAT is actually happening.

That’s where you see whether you’re looking at this like a business… or you’re just sucking your own dick over vanity metrics.

Most people will show you VIEWS…

Where are the SALES?
Where’s the actual money?

If your tracking stops at views, then that’s also where your understanding of the business stops.
