In a result of today's shelling of the city, 5 people were killed and 20 injured.

Numerous explosions were heard in Kyiv in different areas today

People began to hear the first explosions around 6 am.
As of now it is reported of 6 explosions in total. The air defense is working.

The occupiers were given an order to capture Severodonetsk entirely by June 10, or to cut the Lisichansk-Bakhmut highway, said Sergei Gaidai, chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

As of June 5:
- Severodonetsk is seemingly divided in half;
- russians have thrown all their forces to take the regional center or capture the "road of life", they take heavy losses in the city;
- Eight occupiers were took in captivity by our defenders;
- The ruscists continue to plunder the Luhansk region - they take out equipment from hospitals, educational institutions, enterprises, apartments and houses.

The morning of June 5, russian missiles hit Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of the capital. As a result of the missile strike, infrastructure facilities were damaged. One person was injured and hospitalized.

An air defense shot down a russian missile over the Obukhov district. Fortunately, none of the people were injured, and there was no destruction.
