Once upon a time, there was a flock of doves that flew in search of food led by their king. One day, they had flown a long distance and were very tired. The dove king encouraged them to fly a little further. The smallest dove picked up speed and found some rice scattered beneath a banyan tree. So all the doves landed and began to eat.

Suddenly a net fell over them and they were all trapped. They saw a hunter approaching carrying a huge club. The doves desperately fluttered their wings trying to get out, but to no avail. The king had an idea. He advised all the doves to fly up together carrying the net with them. He said that there was strength in unity.

Each dove picked up a portion of the net and together they flew off carrying the net with them. The hunter looked up in astonishment. He tried to follow them, but they were flying high over hills and valleys. They flew to a hill near a city of temples where there lived a mouse who could help them. He was a faithful friend of the dove king.

When the mouse heard the loud noise of their approach, he went into hiding. The dove king gently called out to him and then the mouse was happy to see him. The dove king explained that they had been caught in a trap and needed the mouse’s help to gnaw at the net with his teeth and set them free.

The mouse agreed saying that he would set the king free first. The king insisted that he first free his subjects and the king last. The mouse understood the king’s feelings and complied with his wishes. He began to cut the net and one by one all the doves were freed including the dove king.

They all thanked the mouse and flew away together, united in their strength.

MORAL: When you work together, you are stronger.

ራዕይ/vision -ህልም/dream-ግብgoal

ራዕይ /vision ማለት የተፈጠርንበት ምክንያት ነው።ለምሳሌ አልጋ የተፈጠረበት ምክንያት ሰው እንዲተኛበት ነው።ላፕቶፕ ሰው የተለያዩ ስራዎችም እንዲሰራ ነው እያለ ይቀጥላል...ሰውስ ለምን ተፈጠረ?አንዳንድ ሰው ዝም ብሎ በዘፈቀደ የተፈጠረ ይመስለዋል።እንዲ ብሎ ማመን ትልቅ ኪሳራ ነው !ስለዚህ እኔማ ያለ አላማ አልተሰራሁም ፈጣሪዬ ትልቅ ነገር በውስጤ አስቀምጧል ያ የተቀመጠው ደግሞ ለደስታችን ነው።ስናደርገው ስንተገብረው ስናገለግለው ልብ አርጉ ማገልገል ነው!ራዕይ ስለዚህ ሳገለግለው ደስ የሚለኝ ገንዘብ ባገኝበትም ባላገኝበትም ደስ የሚለኝ ራዕይ ይባላል።

ህልም፦ የምንለው ሰባት የህይወት ክፍሎችን በእያንዳንዱ ለራሳችን ብኖር ብለን የምናስበው

ለምሳሌ;-1.ቤተሰብ ብለን ምን አይነት ቤት ውስጥ ፣ምን አይነት ፣ማቴሪያሎችን ጨምሮ ብቻ ሳይሆን ጨምሮ

2.መንፈሳዊ ህይወት
ምን አይነት መንፈሳዊ ህይወት ውስጥ አገልግሎት ከፈጣሪዬ ጋር በአመት በወር በሳምንት እለት እለት ምን አይነት ትስስር መስርቼ መኖር ነው ምፈልገው?

3.ገቢ
ምን አይነት ስራ እየሰራሁ እኖር ዘንድ እወዳለሁ?

4.ማህበራዊ ህይወት
በዙሪያዬ ካሉ ሰዎች ጋር ምን እየሰራሁ በምን አይነት ፍቅር ሰላም ጤና መኖር እፈልጋለሁ?

5.ጤና ነው
ምን አይነት ተግባራትን ለጤናዬ መተግበር እፈልጋለሁ?ምን አይነት አቋም ይኑረኝ?

6.እውቀት
ምን አይነት እውቀት እፈልጋለሁ?በምን መልኩ እውቀቴን ላሳድግ?

7.አገልግሎት /ራዕይ
እንዴት ነው ማገለግለው?በምን መልኩ አገልግዬ ነው የሰዎችን ህይወት የምለውጠው?

ግብ ደግሞ ህልምን ለማሳካት የሚጠቅሙ የአጭር ጊዜ የመካከለኛ ጊዜ የረዥም ጊዜ የሚያልቁ የሚፈፀሙ ናቸው ማለት ነው!

መጀመሪያ ራዕይ ያስፈልገናል ህልሞቻችን ራዕያችንን የሚያስኖሩን ግቦቻችን ደግሞ ህልሞቻችን የሚያሳኩ መሆን አለባቸው ማለት ነው።

Our time is limited in this world. The older we get the more we realize it. With death being inevitable.

Lets try and do everything we wanted to when the time is right.

Lets take opportunities when they present infront of us. We might regret not taking that opportunity more than we regret taking it.

Lets find peace, share moments with the close people around us.

You go to a funeral one day and read and hear what he/she did during their lifetime, and you either say they had lived a fulfilled life or they died without doing somethings and feel bad for them. You go to someone's birth the next day and think to yourself this baby is starting a life and will he/she live a life free of regrets and mistakes, probably not, but its funny how this world works.

Don't forget to always take action before our time is up.

Warren Buffet was once asked about the biggest reason behind his success.

The great martial artist Bruce Lee once said: "A great warrior is an average man with laser like focus". 

Notice the selection of words here: What Bruce Lee is saying is that an "Average Man" can become "Great" if he has "Laser Like Focus".

So here is one of the biggest success lessons in life: In order to be wildly successful you don't need exceptional talent or skill.... but you do need extraordinary focus. 

Why is that the case?

Well, most people believe that their work output is just a function of the amount of time they put in, but the truth is:
Your work output is a function of the "Time you put in" multiplied by the "Intensity of your Focus." 
Work Output = Time * Intensity of Focus
Therefore, the higher your focus, the more you will get done in the same amount of time. 
So, the real key to getting more done in less time is to increase your level of focus (not time).
We cannot increase time beyond a certain amount because we only have 24 hours a day, but we can certainly increase the focus, the concentration, and the intensity we bring to any task.

In a world full of distractions, Focus can be your competitive advantage. If you develop it.

ለውጥ ከውስጥ የሚጀምር ሂደት ነው.... ማንም ብትሆን ከየትም ብትነሳ ከየትም ብትመጣ.....መለወጥ ከፈለክ የለውጥን መንገዶች መማርና ማወቅ ብቻ ነው የሚጠበቅብህ....

ለሰው ልጅ ሰዉ በመሆኑ የተሰጠው ከፍተኛ መብት ማሰብ ሲሆን ሊረሳውና ሊሸሸው የማይችል ግዴታውም ነዉ::

Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established.

In your Life don't Focus on problems;  Focus on  way of success then you will have more opportunities.

If you want to build a great business, start by asking yourself - "How can I make the world better?"

Never stop trying. Never stop believing. Never give up. Your day will come.
