📊 EUR/USD is trading at 1.15706.

🍔 That's the exchange rate. But what about real-world value? What can a dollar actually buy?

A currency's exchange rate and its purchasing power are often two very different things. Compare the two, and some currencies start to look surprisingly overvalued 💸

That's exactly what the Big Mac Index is designed to show. One burger. One global benchmark.

🗓 Between June 22 and 28, investors worldwide are expected to rebalance their portfolios, which could trigger heightened market volatility. On top of that, the week features a packed calendar of major macroeconomic releases from Canada, Germany, the eurozone, the UK, the US, Australia, and Japan, as well as the outcome of the People's Bank of China policy meeting.

What to keep on your radar:
📌 Monday: PBoC meeting, Canada CPI
📌 Tuesday: preliminary PMIs (S&P Global) for Germany, the eurozone, the UK, and the US
📌 Wednesday: Australia CPI
📌 Thursday: Australia labor market data, US PCE, final US GDP, Japan CPI
📌 Friday: no major releases scheduled

🎯 The week's key event will be Thursday's release of the US PCE price data. As the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge, the PCE index will be closely watched by investors for clues about the future direction of US interest rates.

📏 The market may be trending, but volatility matters too.

📊 The ATR (Average True Range) doesn't show market direction. Instead, it gauges volatility, giving traders valuable market context.

The ATR can help you:
📍 Set stop-loss and take-profit orders
📍 Identify potential breakouts from a trading range
📍 Assess current market volatility

The standard ATR setting is 14 periods. The indicator works best when combined with Price Action analysis and oscillators.

🪙 The 2024 halving didn't trigger the rally many investors expected. Bitcoin hit a new all-time high before the event and later entered a correction.

Old patterns no longer play out as clearly. Institutional capital and spot Bitcoin ETFs are changing the rules of the game.

🔄 The classic cycle remains the same: accumulation → growth → bubble → crash. But the lines between these phases are becoming increasingly blurred.

Will the 2028 halving spark another rally? Maybe. Or maybe not. Today's Bitcoin market is far more complex than it used to be.
