If you live, work, or travel around Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, here’s an important update. 📢

While tunnelling beneath Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, our Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) encountered extensive underground obstruction caused by steel wire ropes from ground anchors. This poses safety risks if tunnelling continues without necessary precautions.

To safely determine the extent of obstruction and carry out recovery works, the road in front of AMK Hub will be temporarily reconfigured from 14 November 2026.
- Eastbound road: Bus-only lane
- Westbound road: Reduced to 2 lanes
- Vehicles exiting AMK Hub pick-up point and carpark will exit to westbound road (towards Ang Mo Kio Ave 6)

🚗 Motorists should expect an additional 10-15 minutes of travel time during peak hours. Please plan your journeys ahead and follow traffic signs at the affected area.

Bus stops remain accessible and pedestrian access will be maintained throughout. 🚌🚶

"ERP gantries never break down?" 🤔

Well, that doesn't happen by accident!

Our teams regularly carry out maintenance, cleaning, and repairs to keep the gantries in good working condition. Along the way, they sometimes encounter a few surprises from birds' nests 🐦‍⬛, and beehives 🐝to damaged equipment 🔧.

But as we transition to ERP 2, these iconic structures will gradually become a less common sight on our roads, as they are progressively retired. 👋

#PSA From 16 Nov 2026, you can book cross-border rides on the Zig and Kummute app! 🤳🚕

We’ve awarded a Cross-border Ride-hail Service Operator Licence (CRSOL) to CDG Zig Pte Ltd and Kumpool Sdn. Bhd., valid for three years.

With this, commuters now have three licensed service providers to choose from when booking cross-border rides. ✨

⚠️ #Reminder Cross-border taxis must comply with regulatory requirements, such as installing the On-Board Unit and having valid licences and insurance coverage.
