We're going to start a server restart to check the event ticket button issue, which will take 5 minutes.

Hello everyone

I wanted to provide an update on the current issue with the event popup not opening. We've confirmed that the tickets you've earned through gameplay are safely stored on our servers. The issue is with the pop-up not being displayed within the app.

We are working diligently to resolve this issue and provide you with an updated app. However, please understand that due to the holiday season, there may be some delays in the review process.

We will provide you with more detailed information and updates as they become available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hello, Fellow Martians.

The event ticket button that was not working yesterday is now working. It was a problem with the button exposure error.

Server data is accumulating normally. You can check the accumulated tickets in the Accumulated tickets status.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Mellow CBT Closed
Hello, Martians!

The Mellow Metaverse CBT has come to a close. It's been an incredible three weeks with all you Martians!

📌 In this CBT, which is only the beginning, we've accomplished some great achievements: over 27,000 app downloads, nearly 20,000 registered users, and rankings on both major app stores, including #6 in the Simulation category and #19 in the overall app rankings on Google Play.

But above all, it was very meaningful for us to see and hear how much you enjoyed our game.

In this CBT, we only showed basketball as a mini-game, but we are already working on it to fill it with more fun mini-games and make it a fun game that you will want to recommend to your friends and family.

Beyond the basic contents shown in this CBT, such as basketball, housing, land, drawing, crafting, and quests, we will try to make Mellow a more fun game where MRST, the main currency of Mellow, can actually be used in the game and earned to have deeper social activities with friends in future CBTs and OBTs.

💛 We're so grateful to all the Martians who have been playing with us over the past three weeks, and we always welcome feedback and social media reviews! Please spread the word about Mellow everywhere! Thank you, and we'll see you in the next test, everyone!

[Event Notes]
⚠️ Users who participated in the event with a guest login were not eligible for the event as no logs were left.

⚠️ The collection of wallet information for the basketball championship and survey participation rewards will be completed in two weeks, and we will send an email to collect wallet addresses after the winners are announced.

⚠️ Painting contest, Twitter voting will take place within two weeks, and we will send an email about collecting wallet addresses within two weeks after the winner is announced.

⚠️ If we see any abnormal participation, you will be excluded from the event.

⚠️ All data in CBT will be reset except for nicknames/produced limited edition parts (when logging in as a guest, nicknames will not be preserved)
