ለምዝገባ የሚያስፈልጉ፦
● የ8ኛ ክፍል ውጤት ካርድ ዋናውና ኮፒው፣
● ከ9-12ኛ ክፍል ትራንስክሪፕት ዋናውና ኮፒው፣
● የ12ኛ ክፍል ሰርተፍኬት ዋናውና ኮፒው፣
● ሦስት ፓስፖርት መጠን የሆኑ ፎቶግራፎች፣
ፋይዳ መታወቂያ እና TIN No.
● አንሶላ፣ ብርድ ልብስ፣ የትራስ ልብስ እና የስፖርት ልብስ።
የትምህርት ማስረጃዎቹ ስካን ተደርገው በአንድ PDF ሶፍት ኮፒ መዘጋጀት አለባቸው። ስካን የተደረገ ጉርድ ፎቶ ሶፍት ኮፒ መያዝ አይዘንጉ።
