I’m looking for a reliable, proactive personal & business assistant to join our team and help take my personal life and content creation business to the next level.

Over the past 3 years, our YouTube channel has grown to nearly 400K subscribers and 150+ million views. We’ve become one of the biggest channels in Asia focused on interviews — and the leading global channel on expat life.

You’ll be working directly with me — supporting life logistics, content production, and special projects. It’s a unique opportunity to see how a top-tier YouTube business runs from the inside.

Tasks include:
– Booking flights, hotels, and handling everyday admin
– Managing light paperwork, appointments, and reminders
– Coordinating interviews: researching guests, pre-interview calls, scheduling
– Supporting special projects (e.g. launching PDF guides using AI tools)

You're a great fit if you:
– Are fluent in English (Russian is a plus, not a must)
– Are highly organised, dependable, and proactive
– Are comfortable with personal assistant duties and admin work
– Love YouTube and digital content
– Use AI tools and enjoy experimenting with them
– Are based in an Asian timezone (familiarity with Singapore is a plus)

My last PA in a previous company grew into the CEO role — so if you're sharp and driven, this could be a big career move.

вот этот видос который выпустили 4 дня назад супер плохо сначала пошел (посмотрели его уже? там русская озвучка есть)

решил поделиться, что с этим роликом происходит (вообще не как мы ожидали)

через недельку в том же тг канале поделюсь мыслями по стратегии на ютуб, которые кручу несколько дней. Про качество vs количество и как это поженить с нормальной бизнес-моделью ютуб-проекта.
