We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our engineering team. You will own the quality assurance process across our multi-tier architecture — from database and backend to frontend and mobile — working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Test Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites covering unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression scenarios.
* Functional Testing: Perform functional, system, and performance testing across PHP-Laravel, React, and Node.js stacks.
* UAT & Analysis: Develop and execute UAT scenarios derived from user stories and business requirements.
* Collaboration: Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability, and collaborate with developers and product owners across Agile sprints and Waterfall phases.
* Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, and report test coverage metrics.
* Leadership: Lead and mentor junior testers and support cross-functional teams in quality best practices.
🎯 Required Skills & Tech Stack
* Stack: PHP / Laravel testing • React testing (Jest, RTL) • Node.js testing (Mocha/Chai) • Flutter mobile testing.
* Methodologies: Agile / Scrum & Waterfall methodology.
