For everyone who's asking me to add Face Unlock, or are wondering why Face Unlock has been removed:
Pixel Experience (and their derivative EvolutionX) were using Motorola's proprietary Face Unlock application which resulted in Motorola asking them to remove it from their source, which is why Face Unlock doesn't exist anymore and won't be added back for now.
