- Instructions regarding flashing rom are in our support group.

Changes:

- Enforcing build
- Fixed issue on device when FOD is used, CPU Frequency gets stuck on high.
- Updated all HALS to R. :D
- Kernel optimizations for Performance (from AOSPA R kernel by @vishalcj17)

- As I can't stress this enough, FLASH THIS ROM ONLY ON A11 STOCK FW. IF YOU DON'T KNOW, ASK ANYONE IN THE GROUP. You have been warned.

Corrected pink color on QS Dialogs search Animations (WiFi search, etc)

Corrected DND Tile dialog not opening (the arrow was there but it wasn't doing anything)

Added Data Usage summary on QS Header

Added 2 fingerprint icons and corrected One Plus icon animation
