Sunway Construction Secures MYR1.5 Billion Contract
Sunway Construction Group (SUNCON) has been awarded a MYR1.5 billion contract for construction works at the Rapid Transit System Transit-Oriented Development (RTS TOD) in Bukit Chagar, Johor.
Located next to the Johor Bahru–Singapore RTS, the development will feature four residential and commercial towers, educational institutions, a health and wellness hub, and hospitality facilities.
Yesterday, SUNCON rose by 3.7% to close at MYR4.24. Investors bullish on SUNCON may consider SUNCON-C32 which offers leveraged exposure with an Effective Gearing of 4.1x!

MYEG’s Single Day 6.6% Gain
My E.G. Services (MYEG) surged 6.6% yesterday on the back of 118.43 million traded volume.
Based on MYEG’s most recent financial results, MYEG reported a 20.6% YoY increase in net profit to MYR181.13 million for 4Q24. Revenue for the same quarter rose to MYR1.02 billion from MYR774.26 million.
Based on Maybank IB Research, MYEG has been garnering investors confidence, as the company recorded a total foreign fund inflow of MYR71.87 million in Feb’25.
Investors bullish on MYEG may consider MYEG-C8G. However, MYEG-C8G is currently on a two ticks spread.
