रिजल्ट पर जल्द ही केस लगने वाले है
और हाईकोर्ट बिना आयोग को सुने कोई निर्णय न दें.
सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1908 की धारा 148 (ए) कैविएट को उल्लेखित करते हुए यह कहती है कि कोई भी पक्षकार किसी
मामले में पार्टी होने के अंदेशे के आधार पर न्यायालय के समक्ष एक कैविएट दाखिल करके यह कह सकता है कि अगर उससे संबंधित मामला कोर्ट में लाया जाए तब उसे सुने बगैर मामले में किसी प्रकार का कोई भी निर्णय नहीं दिया जाए।
