If you submit your resale application on or after 7 September 2026, your cash proceeds will be paid out electronically instead of via cheques. This is in line with regulatory requirements for banks to stop processing corporate cheques. Swipe to find out what you need to do!
If you submit your resale application before 7 September 2026, you’ll still receive a cheque. Remember to deposit it before 31 December 2026, as banks will stop accepting corporate cheques after this date.

JUST IN: Preschool and infant care fees in Singapore will be brought down to S$150 and S$300 per month respectively by 2030 at anchor and partner operator centres.
The government says it will further expand its network of anchor and partner operator centres, and extend full subsidies to non-working parents as well.

Good news for home buyers! 🏠
The income ceilings have been raised to $16,000 for families and $8,000 for singles to give you access to affordable housing options. For ECs, the income ceiling has also been raised to $18,000 to offer more households an additional housing option.
For first-timer families with children or expecting a child, we will provide additional ballot chances to support you in your marriage and parenthood journey.
To give you more time to review your housing plans, the next BTO sales exercise will be held in November 2026. Apply for your HFE letter by 25 September 2026 if you wish to participate in the sales exercise.
