As we go into day 4 of our month-long circuit breaker, some of us may be feeling stress or anxieties caused by tensions at home, or worries about the future.

Don't struggle alone. Call 6202 6868 if you need someone to talk to anytime of the day. The 24/7 National CARE (Caring Action in Response to Emergencies) Hotline is here to help.

Our trained psychologists, counsellors and volunteers are here for you as we go through this challenging period together.

Let's stay healthy - physically and emotionally - as we stay home.
Here are some important dos and don’ts during the circuit breaker period. Do share this with your friends and family.

Each and everyone of us has a part to play in this fight, so let’s be healthy and safe together!

We have received many enquiries about your application status for the Temporary Relief Fund. These FAQs should help. Thank you for your understanding, as our team is working hard to process all applications.
Over 300,000 applications of the Temporary Relief Fund (TRF) have been processed, and we are receiving even more. However, many who have received the funds have recently asked how to return the money.

You can do so online at https://go.gov.sg/trf-refund-form. For those who want to return an unbanked TRF cheque or cashier's order, you can do so at your nearest Social Service Office (SSO).

If you have other questions on the TRF, please visit https://go.gov.sg/msf-covid19-faqs.
