Supreme Court Judgement

Case - In an earlier judgement Supreme Court had ruled that any institution created by law of the Parliament or a State cannot claim to be a Minority Educational Institution under Article 30.

Today, the new judgement has reversed the old judgement.

Supreme Court has ruled that even if an educational institution is created by a law of the Parliament or a state, it can still be a Minority Educational Institution under Article 30.
