Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to divert your attention towards a matter which gives me a hard time while living in this apartment. A few weeks ago, I sent you a letter to inform you that the front door's handle was broken and the shower door needs some repairing. Besides, you replied to it.

Moreover, the last Sunday you called a repair man to fix both the problems. A few hours later after fixing the shower door, he claimed that he did not have any suitable types of equipment to restore the front door's handle. However, he never came back to renovate the door again. Furthermore, I would really appreciate it if you could call him again or send another repair person to solve this situation. Lastly, I don't feel safe as the front door is not fixed yet.
