One of the biggest advantages is that it reduces traffic and pollution. By encouraging more people to use public transport, we can decrease the number of cars on the road, leading to cleaner air and less congestion.
Another benefit is that it increases accessibility for low-income individuals. Free public transport ensures that everyone, regardless of financial status, has access to reliable mobility, promoting social equality.
Finally, it decreases reliance on personal vehicles, saving energy and resources. Fewer cars on the road mean less fuel consumption and a reduced need for infrastructure like parking lots or additional highways.
One argument is that funding free public transport might lead to higher taxes for citizens. Governments need to generate revenue to cover the costs, and this could place a financial burden on taxpayers.
Another concern is overcrowding and a potential decrease in the quality of service. If public transport becomes free, there might be a surge in demand, leading to packed buses or trains and delays in service.
Lastly, the additional subsidies required could strain the national budget. Governments might have to cut spending in other critical areas, such as healthcare or education, to finance free transportation.

⚡️ You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager.
Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a regular diner at your restaurant on Madison Avenue. I am writing to express my discontent with the meal that I and my family had at your restaurant last Thursday. I am hoping that you would take actions to improve your food quality and maintain your reputation.
Recently, I have been promoted to the Senior Internal Auditor in my office and to celebrate this event, I took my family out to one of your outlets on Madison Avenue. We ordered four servings of shrimp fried rice, but we were shocked to discover that the shrimp in our serving was undercooked and had a pungent odour. After complaining about it to the supervisor, we were told that the restaurant had run out of shrimps - not a valid excuse for a distinguished restaurant like yours. You can understand my frustration when my family and I had to leave the restaurant empty stomach and disappointment.
My intention in writing this letter is to ask you to issue a "show cause notice" to the supervisor at your restaurant, and disseminate instructions to all your staff to hold a modicum of buffer stock for every item, just in case the restaurant runs out of that item and so that no customer experiences a humiliation.

When I want to relax, I usually go for a walk in the park or listen to some calming music. I find being surrounded by nature or listening to soothing melodies helps me unwind and clear my mind. Occasionally, I’ll read a book, especially fiction, as it allows me to escape into another world for a while.
✅ 2. What is your favourite food?
My favourite food has to be pizza. I enjoy the variety of toppings and the combination of flavours, especially when the crust is thin and crispy. I particularly love a margherita pizza with fresh basil, mozzarella, and tomato—it’s simple yet incredibly delicious.

I would say my favourite instrument is the piano. I admire its versatility because it can produce both lively and emotional melodies. Even though I don’t play it myself, I enjoy listening to piano compositions as they can evoke such a wide range of emotions.
